Since joining the team here at Siena Golf Club in December 2002, we have tried to present the residents and surrounding communities with the best possible experience here at the Siena Bistro. Over the past 7 years here I have learned what the residents like, and have adapted my menus accordingly. From wine dinners, to holiday buffets, or just a relaxing meal by the window…you will notice the difference in food quality and preparation. Please come by and take advantage of the breathtaking views, patio dinning next to the fire place, outside dining by Lake Siena, or just to come in during sundown and watch the city light up as it gets darker.
The desire to serve great food has rewarded Siena with “The Best Kept Secret Restaurant”, “Best Wedding Venue” from Five Star Reviews Magazine. I am consistently researching, and studying the chef’s of the world today. Trying to diversify my menus and incorporate my own flair into the plates that I serve, through hard work, and a constant willingness to learn, I’ve come this far…. and it’s only the beginning.

The Siena Golf Clubhouse, which anchors the Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley-designed, 18-hole, par-72 daily-fee championship Siena Golf Club, is strategically positioned to offer magnificent views of the 18th hole, Lake Siena, and the Las Vegas skyline. The fully equipped golf pro shop offers the latest in fashionable sportswear and accessories along with a full range of state-of-the-art golf equipment. The tradition of excellence is not only a trademark; it’s a guarantee at the Siena Bistro. In addition to formal events, the Siena Bistro also offers a regular daily menu serving breakfast, lunch and the most recently added “Siena Nights” dinner menu available on Wednesday and Thursdays from 5:00-9:00p.m. Other favorite seasonal buffets such as the Sunday Brunch, Easter Champagne Brunch, Mother’s Day Brunch and the Thanksgiving Day Brunch always bring a crowd.
